    Definitely not WordPress, and scanning the page source quickly I didn't see any indicators of a platform. You can probably find a commercial WordPress magazine style theme that is formatted similarly.

    Crackberry's Drupal based.

    There are a few Browser plugins that will sniff out the webstack a site is using (Wappalyzer, BuiltWith etc). My personal preference is Wappalyzer.

    If you don't want to install a browser plugin then check out https://www.wappalyzer.com. You can learn more about a target website there.

    This is not a WordPress site. But if you want a site to look like this then you can go for WordPress but if you want a site to have similar features along with the look then you should avoid using wordpress and go for custom build.
