The Way e-bikes and scooters Have Been weaving their way into the transport system
THE streets of Beijing are thronged with two-wheeled contraptions.

Some seem to be traditional petrol mopeds however since they zoom through red lights at pedestrian crossings their spooky silence and absence of exhaust shows them as electrical. Executives in suits cruise by on electrical kick-scooters, appearing like big children on their way to college, though travelling more inexpensively. Electric bikes, hacked together using a battery secured to the frame and wired into a back-wheel hub comprising a engine, audience the edges of streets.

China's cities have been in the forefront of a silent swarm of electric two-wheeled vehicles. Millions today ramble their centers. This transformation of urban freedom can be going on in the West, albeit using a notable addition which has yet to take off in China: companies that lease out electrical kick-scooters. All these are carrying many American towns by storm and are coming in Europe.

From the bike-mad Netherlands almost one in three recently bought Bicycles last year was electrical, up from one in 20 a decade before. Commuters, by the sweat-averse into the environmentally aware, are all excited. Some 40 percent of Dutch e-cyclists utilize them to substitute automobile journeys. Riding for pleasure is on the upswing, also: a bestselling model in Europe this past year has been the e-mountain-bike.

In Germany, 15 percent of new bicycles offered in 2016 were electrical, With earnings up by 13 percent and exports by 66 percent compared with 2015. Belgium and France are large markets also. Whereas exports of routine bicycles from China, Taiwan and Vietnam into the European Union dropped by 15 percent between 2014 and 2016, e-bike exports more than doubled. Firms are also linking the ride. Among Germany's biggest electrical fleets is owned by Deutsche Post DHL, a logistics giant, also comprises about 12,000 e-bikes and e-trikes (three-wheeled ones).

For customers the vehicles don't come cheap. They generally Cost a few million euros--more when you include bells and whistles. Thus new companies are popping around lease or rent them out. A few of them serve couriers operating in the gig market. Other folks proceed following hipster leisure riders. Bike-sharing providers are hurrying to add them. Almost a third of Paris's Velib fleet, as an instance, is electrical, although the roll-out was tricky.

For cyclists in Western cities, nevertheless, e-scooters can steal The series. Their attributes fit much more neatly into leasing versions than e-bikes do. Powered not only by power, but by volleys of enterprise cash, e-scooters would be the newest craze coming from California. Revenue for a few of the companies leasing them is growing so quickly as to surprise even experienced Silicon Valley venture capitalists. Bird Rides, a leader of the company, and not a year old, has come to be a"unicorn" quicker than every other American startup prior to it. Its valuation has reportedly reached $2bn.

In certain areas, like Santa Monica, among the earliest Areas where Bird introduced e-scooters, together with them to get about has become a habit. With a few taps on a program riders can unlock them off they go. As soon as they've reached their destination that they park the scooter in a place where it could be picked up by a different rider. Each trip costs $1 and 15 cents per minute.

The other aspect of the model is that Individuals can Earn Money by Charging them. Freelance"bird hunters" pick scooters up with vacant batteries and plug them at home. The startup pays between $5 and $25 per automobile billed, based on how difficult they are to find (the places of"dead" scooters have been displayed in a different program ). Charging mostly occurs at night along with the vehicles have to be back to the road in specified places before 7am the following day. That Bird and other companies can outsource this action explains why they've been in a position to establish their services so fast in numerous cities. Sexy on Bird's brakes is Lime, co-founded by Toby Sun, a Chinese entrepreneur, that boasts a comparable expansion rate and evaluation (its own chargers are known as"juicers"). Located in Paris this week, Lime will conquer Bird into Europe.

The spread of e-bikes and e-scooters is in future probably to Be further hastened by ride-hailing giants eager to offer you the entire selection of urban e-mobility choices. Uber at April bought Bound, an e-bike-sharing startup. And Lyft is thought to be on the point of taking over Motivate, yet another e-bike firm. Both companies are allegedly also interested in leasing outside e-scooters--since is Ofo, the Chinese leader of dockless bicycle rentals.

On both sides of the Atlantic two-wheeled e-vehicles increase Three major questions: how to govern themwhether their economics operate over Time; and also what happens to the information they create.

    Hi there,
    1. I think the closest concept to what you explained is "Responsive web design" (see it more here https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_responsive.asp). And maybe "Minimal web design" which is very care about looking clear, clean and organized.

    2. Popular coding languages+frameworks used to build up web application.
    server-side : Ruby+Rails(Ruby on Rails), Python+Django, PHP+Laravel, JavaScript+NodeJS, Go+BeeGo, and many more.
client-side : everything that rendered on browsers is built up from HTML, CSS and Javascript which the most popular & powerful frameworks these days is React, Angular, VueJS.

    3. The powerful online apps you mentioned could also be built by those in no.2, which mostly required more higher software engineering skill and deep/specific knowledge regarding the use of application. They even usually use multiple coding languages and tools in order to build a specific service.

    Hope this help, cheers

    1. Modern business webpages have a "modern" look where the page extends along the full width of the screen, and has separate sections where images, videos and text blocks (e.g. testimonials) can be easily set up on the page. Is there a specific name for this style of website? e.g. SmartPassiveIncome, com

    2. I understand wordpress plugins and themes can do a lot of this sort of presentation work along with a lot of other useful tasks marketers use (optimizepress is a great example). If not using wordpress and using a more generic system for creating websites, what are the most common modern coding languages and systems (frameworks?) that are popular to use?

    3. There are a lot of websites now that offer all kinds of powerful apps and services, e.g. graphics manipulation, reporting "hidden" social media statistics, keyword research, etc. Again, what coding languages and systems are commonly used to program and deliver these sort of powerful online apps?

I am interested in the frameworks that are powerful, versatile and popular amongst the modern entrepreneurs. Your replies to each question is very much appreciated.

    Cheers, tuanbusku
I just use Hostgator, and Sitebuilder, with a little HTML, that allows me to do high end full screen displays, but l also use a HTML grid, to organize everything otherwise it would be a mess.

These two shortcuts allow me to do high end without having to code everything from scratch. and sure some knowledge is required to install some software into C Panel, (can be a nightmare at times) but that is all l use.
