Need To Straighten Out The Header On A Wordpress Site

Hey gang,


I need a little bit of help with a wordpress site that I am building for a friend.


I am admittedly not very good with html but I know that this is a very simple issue to solve.


I just need to do two things:


1. Center the logo and the nav bar in the header
2. Remove the word 'Home' from the home page


And that's it.


Anyone help on this would be greatly appreciated.
