different loading time for my site

hi everyone
if i test my site with gtmetrix i recieve different loading time ,sometimes it shows 4secound ,by re-testing after 1s it shows 18s or maybe higher .
what should i do? do i change my host or not?

    The best would be if you will count it by yourself
    if you have too much images or too bigTry to make them smaller

      thx for your answer .i optimized all of my image ,
      i have only ""Use a Content Delivery Network (CDN)"" with F grade in gtmetrix
      others are in A grade
