    Yes, Google august algorithm change matters a lot it decreases one of my client's website traffic to half which was related to the health-related niche.
    Google says that if we focus on quality nothing affect our website but that was totally wrong because I saw many brand website losing their traffic even they hire some most expert people for content writing.
    before the update, I helped many people to increase there traffic but now they are at the same place where I started mostly website which highly affected by this update is related to health
