Hi guys, I have a Publishing business and I would like to use a website to scale up.
I want to provide services through the site.
But I need everything to be on autopilot.

Any ideas?

    Because you want everything "autopilot" You probably more than likely need to write down everything you want, and find someone to program that for you. By knowing what it is you NEED from your website, this will give you a better chance to match your NEEDS to a programmers experience, and getting the best results.

    As others are saying, you can do the work or outsource it. Either way you need to be very clear on what you want to do and how it is going to work etc.

    Also, just building a website isn't going to do much, you'll have to either do SEO or market your services some how.

    Working on a recreating website needs a good amount of research because the product you are rebuilding should be better than the product ( website ) you already have and one the key element in rebuilding website is user experience, you can read one of the articles related to redesigning website I know.
