I'm now choosing a website builder. If you have already used Squarespace, Webflow, Flexbe or Readymag it would be interesting for me to learn your experience with this product. What are its positive and negative sides? What purposes do you think is it most suitable for?

Squarespace is quite flexible as to designing a website. Webflow offers many options for customization, it's a worthy tool, too. Have never heard about the two others.
I use Mobirise Website Builder and can't complain about it. Just for your consideration.

Honestly i think wordpress is still the way to go for simple site needs. The SEO features and universality of it just make it much more adaptable. As well as the huge selection of plugins.

For the money that you pay for something like Squarespace (I think cheapest option is $144 paid annually), it would probably make more sense to spend once with a web designer (about $300?) and then just pay a much smaller fee on a yearly fee for hosting the website!!

If you get the website designed using WordPress you can then take over the maintenance after all the hard work is done.

The response to which one is better relies upon the business and your needs.
