Wordpress forms with spam check - recommendations?

I have a few sites where I would like to update my Contact forms. The features I would like include:

- honeypot
- Google captcha
- Free

Not sure if this is possible or not. There seems to be lots of form options out there, but they are yearly subscription and are like $97 or so if you want multiple sites.

Any recommendations?
