Can anyone tell me how I can hide the date, that is I don't want the date to be seen on any of my wordpress blogs. Thanks!

Unless you find a theme with the option to disable the date, you will need to edit the code. Each theme is different so you'll have to determine which files to edit for your theme. These might be: index, single post, page, archive and/or category.

You can also try this plugin: BlueCow Hosting Blog Date Exclusion SEO - The Blue Cow Community for Wordpress Bloggers

I have not tried it yet as I like to get into the actual WP code and "play around", but it looks like it will remove the date in all the needed locations.

The page even goes over good and bad reasons for removing the date/time.

You may be able to use CSS to hide dates as well. Find out the class name of the date meta field. Go into your style.css file and look for it under .(classname) Put "display:none;" as a new line.

This should work most of the time.
