What's a good Scheduling Wordpress Plugin that does it all?

I'm trying to find a wordpress plugin to help one of my clients on his Plumbing site. He would like to:

- Allow people to schedule an appointment with him on his site.
- Have them fill out a form with info about their home and require that they agree to "terms" before they can submit the form/schedule.
- Handle invoicing and accept payments through the site

I would like to find a plugin that has an extended license available so I could pay a yearly fee and use it on unlimited sites. Is there a single plugin that does all the above?

    Not sure about the terms part but BirchPress can do scheduling and payments.

    There is a Facebook group WordPress For Non-Techies by WPCrafter that is awesome for helping with WordPress issues. I also follow him on YouTube where he has great videos that walk you through WordPress things.

    Even though you said that the payments and appointment scheduling would be done through the site, my personal opinion is that using Calendly and Gravity Forms or Elementor Pro is better for this.

    With Elementor Pro for example you can build the form with all fields required and the lead would then be sent to the Calendly where the payment and scheduling is handled.

    Why is it better? With Calendly:
    1) You get Google Calendar integration and reminders
    2) Stripe and PP both work with Calendly
    3) You don't pile up plugins on your client's site. So you don't affect performance.

    If you want looking for like that plugin, I think its very difficult that plugin with all in one function as your needed. But to make sure, you can find through the wordpress official website for that with keyword search "invoicing" plugin.
