Looking for Clean and Simple Wordpress Theme

I am trying to find a WP theme that is clean and simple. Something similar to this page: (link removed)

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am not affiliated with the sample site. I've just been searching for a few days and came across that one. I need a WP theme however and this site wasn't created using WP.

Free is ideal but I will purchase premium if it's the right fit. Thanks in advance for any help.

    If you need best theme then you should use paid theme or either get it developed by professionals according to your requirements.

      Thanks Noah. As mentioned I am open to a premium (paid) theme and customizations. It's just a matter of finding the right paid theme or a free one that's a good fit that could be customized.

    The problem with free themes is you get what you pay for.

    They have over 25,000 themes. You can use their filters to narrow it down.

      Thank you. I've purchased themes and plugins from Themeforest. I searched through their inventory but most WP sites have too many bells and whistles for what I need.

        If that's the case, then just use the free theme that comes with your wordpress installation and Thrive Themes Architect plugin and build it EXACTLY the way you want it.


        You get exactly what you want without having to spend time searching.

    Paid and premium themes its the best choice if you want to monetise your site for long term. But if you want try free theme, its recommended to find light and fast loading theme, especially if you want optimise your SEO.

    My personal favorite WordPress theme so far has to be Divi theme and I highly recommend. Even though you need an Elegant Themes to account in order to get it, it's definitely worth it. They are highly customizable.

    @alanaj you can check Oceanwp, that is a free theme and is very fast, works intuitively with the free elementor builder. I have been using it past 2 years - it never failed me. It is highly customizable and the theme support at wordpress forums are top notch.
