WP Free Theme Advice Please

I have searched the forum but not found what I want so:

Can you recommend a simple, free them for WP that I can use
for an Affiliate project?

I am using 'Elementor' as the Page builder / Editor

I only need Home / About / Contact/ Terms / Privacy

and about three pages leading to an opt in at the end

No comments, blog posts, archives or anything required

Any suggestions appreciated

    You can check Oceanwp - its a free theme, works with elementor - in fact it is designed with elementor in mind. Very fast and customizable, available as free download from wordpress.org and has top notch support in the forums who can provide any form of customisations. Once you start using it, you won't look at any of the paid themes. I have been using it for more than 2 years.

    Check out Zakra - it's quite a good theme and fast which will help with your rankings. There's also a few pre-built demos which will help make life a bit easier

    You can go to the Flash theme of WordPress. It is a free responsive multipurpose theme. it provides multiple pre-built demos which can be imported in seconds.

    I like the 'Zakra" theme, it's simple and minimal for what it sounds like you're trying to do, it's also compatible with Elementor.

    You can find some premium quality Wordpress themes at DroitThemes. Currently, they are offering 11+ premium quality wordpress themes for free download.

    I think you can choose any WordPress theme which is SEO optimized and has fast loading time. It depends on your choice. Just search for best free WordPress themes and choose the one whichever you like but it must have good reviews.

    I ended up using Astra theme and just the Gutenberg page builder

    trying to work out how to add an opt in form now
