Sitemap URL in main Sitemap - Is good or bad for our site?

Hello Friends,

I am here for your suggestion, i have a site which is like e commerce means it has so many pages and so many services like professional services (Electrician, plumber carpenter, tax, agreement, marketing, and many more), hostels & pg, flats, and many more.

So, i have created sitemap according to service category and also blog pages along like

Main sitemap:
abc.com/sitemap.xml
=>abc.com
=>abc.com/sitemap_services.xml
=>abc.com/sitemap_blog.xml
=>abc.com/hostel.
=>abc.com/flats.xml

But, there is a problem, main sitemap has been cached but internal sitemap is not cached.

So, suggest me where is the problem asap.

    I don't really see a problem and it's normal.
    My sitemap example.com/sitemap.xml has (and those 2 sub-sitemaps have urls in them):
    example.com/sitemap-posts.xml
    example.com/sitemap-pages.xml


    What plugin do you use for sitemap?

    You can use sitemap index files... They are part of the protocol and used to keep references to your different XML sitemap files for search engine like Google
