I'm happy with Elegant Themes, maker of Divi.

They have a bunch of different sample layouts that work in conjunction with Divi so it's like getting 100+ themes.

You can also buy a lifetime subscription so there is no need to do it annually.

I second this. You can also sell Divi to them with your license since it's an unlimited site license and licensed under GPL terms.

I would recommend themes from themeforest. What you can do is generate an affiliate link and send that link to your customers. You will earn commission from each sale.
