I need some help with VPS and cpanel

Hello,
I am a total newbie, My name is Ajay and now i am working as a web developer
frp-grp.com I have a site which runs on a centos 7 VPS and I have cPanel as my control panel.
The problem is, I need to upload a file to a subfolder under a domain root. How do I do that? I tried to use cPanel file manager but everything just goes to the /home/user directory.

    Google search for cpanel instructions and you will find several good instruction sites for how to use cpanel. Find the best or easiest to follow and bookmark it to use as a reference going forward.
