Clone Wordpress Website with AI

I have a client being held hostage by a developer. She paid for the website and got tricked into a management contract. Now they charge her $1000/mo for updating plugins with little to no traffic and are trying to rope her into doing ads.

She spent 6 months getting the website perfect. So she wants that. But the developer won't give her any access.

Is there some way to spider and clone the website? I've tried AI and bought tools but no luck.

Please recommend a tool or service that can do this!

    Your client got tricked into a management contract?

    If she didn't read what she agreed to, that's her problem.

    Not yours.

    It is not that difficult to copy a website and you do not need
    any special tools, but you cannot just copy somebody else's
    code and content, and if I were you I'd disengage from this.

    She probably doesn't even control the domain name.

    Take my advice and offer to develop a new website for this
    client, otherwise move on to someone else.

    And BTW, it doesn't take six months to develop a website.
