How do I make a background color using coffecup?

Hi, I am not very good with web design and I am trying to make my sales page. I have everything down include the graphics etc but I want a background color. How do I insert this or what do I need in the code to have this happen. I am just looking for a light grey that will cover the entire background of the site.

    You may want to play with the hex code to get the shade you want.

    I doubt if CoffeeCup makes this difficult, just enter it.
