Modify my Wordpress theme Wordpress ninjas!

Rather than head off to Odesk or elance etc, I'm looking for someone who can look at an example blog built on Wordpress and then modify my theme (same theme as teh example site) to look as good. I don't want it to be the same...the example site is just that....an example.

For someone good with theme mods, this will be a joke.

I can pm the example site(s) and we can discuss the themes I have in mind.
