I am building a directory site and looking for a simple but functional theme. It can be either free or paid. Do you know any decent directory themes?

    Have you tried DirectoryPress? It is a wordpress theme specifically designed for a directory site.

    There are several local directory themes which you can read about in my comparison

    Or if you want more of a link-type directory, Elegant Themes has one. If you want a customizable directory, Woo Themes has one.
