Need Minisite

WEB DESIGN

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this or not. I am looking to have a minisite squeeze page designed for a giveaway e-book for listbuilding.

I also will need an e-book written as well as some autoresponder messages.

Anyone have any recommendations?
