Wordpress plugins for multiple sites
I've been using Wordpress with plugins for a while, but I'm interested in plugins that might run in one domain blog, but actually control blogs on multiple domains. For instance, a "search and replace" plugin might allow to search and replace the same terms on a bunch of blogs.
Right now I just want to know if that is possible, if people have ever seen or used such multidomain plugins, and if so, I'd like to see one in action just to get an idea of how it works. Thanks.
