Need Trouble Shooting a script

I have viral inviter. Everyone work excepts it is not tracking the links when people click on them.
Everything else seems to work. Their support claims that their link counting works 100% and must be a problem with the way mine is set up.
Anyways, Im sick of them and don't want to pay them to trouble shoot it, looking for someone else with experience.
