Scrolling Opt In Form
I keep seeing these Opt In forms on various pages on the web that float above the page like a pop over and cover about 50px or so vertically at the very bottom of the page. They scroll with the page as you scroll up and down but do not keep you from being able to view the page. I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find a template/script that does this.
I work in IT and am not afraid to change a little code or build a webpage but I do not know enough to write the pop over myself. There has got to be a tool out there somewhere that these webmasters are using. Anyone??
