Landing Page/Analytics--How do I do this?

Basic question--I'd like to set up a landing page with two urls. I would like to track who clicks on each url--possibly just track their ip address and the time they hit the site. I'd like to get the information without asking the user to enter information in a form. Ideas?
#landing #page or analyticshow

If Google Analytics (which does allow for tracking of outbound links) doesn't do the trick I have used this in the past:

IDLogger | PHP Click Tracking | Hot Scripts

Analytics can do this. I am assuming that you are trying track conversions or external links. You can most likely setup goals.

Thanks for the answers so far. I'm not up to speed on "goals." I was told that Google Analytics doesn't track individual IP addresses. I want the user to answer a question with a "yes" or "no" answer, and then track the ip addresses of the "yes" respondents. I thought if I had two different urls, that would be easiest. Is this the easiest way?

statcounter does this out of the box. It will show you the visitor paths, which lets you see what link they came in on, and went out on, as well as tracking them through your whole site
