wordpress pluging to display embedded video

I am looking for a solution that will help me play embed videos from jwplayer or flowplayer using lightbox on wordpress Among the above discussed lightbox which one would be the best suited one? I am not technically strong with HTML or Wordpress yet?

once someone clicks on a image the video should play in a lightbox and this is embed code i have

Have you tried using a text widget, dragging that into a sidebar area and then pasting that code in to see if it works that way? it might and it may be what you are looking for and save you needing an extra plugin.

I know I'm just repeating the above two posts, but I can say I've used the shadowbox plugin on a wordpress site and it works very well.
