Help with Wordpress sites...

I'm going to be doing a lot of sites for a local business that has several apartments, senior living facilities and a property management site. There will probably be 20-25 sites that need to be done over the next 2 months. I can do them, and I know where to find some good looking themes for Wordpress, but I have some questions.

First, I have built a site for a roofing company using a theme from Themeforest and it looks very good, but I spent way too much time on it. I'm trying to find someone to outsource this to who is very familiar with Wordpress and can do them inexpensively and quickly.

We will pick out the themes, have all of the content ready to go and all I need someone to do is put it all together. There's not a great rush to get it done, but I don't want to spend all of my time building websites because that's not my specialty. I can do it, but I know other people around here and in other places can do it much more efficiently.

I would like to line up some potential outsourcing work for some fellow Warriors if the price is right. Again, they will be fairly basic sites that will be using Wordpress themes. Can any of you experienced Wordpress designers give me an idea of what it would cost per site? I'm thinking they will be 4 to 5 pages sites with some pictures, a way to make payment online, some pdf downloads for applications, etc...

Please let me know so I'll be prepared when the contract is secured (probably in the next week or two). Thanks Warriors.
