Hi my current setup is having a money post and making it sticky so it remains on the top, then adding posts underneath. I constantly add new posts underneath, to help and boost my rankings. This is on the home page.

However now i want to start ranking a sub-pages of my site.
But i want to also be able to add posts underneath the money post for that subpage.
How can i set this up with wordpress.

I would just make pages and not post and just make sure to include a link to your main posts or money page.

I'm not sure what you mean by sub-page, but I just found a plugin that'll allow you to insert a snippet of HTML inside each blog post at either the beginning or end of the blog post. You can make this HTML snippet either contain or link to your money post, so that anyone coming into your individual blog posts via search engine will see your money post.

The plugin is called "PostPost" and can be found here:

    Hope this helps.
