What is the best banner creator tool?

If you're not good with Photoshop or Gimp, you might check out mybannermaker.com

It's free to check out, but it imprints your banner with their url. If you like it, it's cheap to sign-up for their "VIP" benefits.

I used to use it a lot quickly create banners. I don't use it as much anymore, but it paid for itself back in the day, and I believe it's a one-time payment for a lifetime of use.

I use a Pixlr, its a free online application similar to photoshop but much easier to use.

  Lately I've switched to Flash / XML Components for banners because they are inexpensive and very easy to use if you can resize images and write a few lines of "catchy" text. The rest is just modifying XML code in Notepad.

...well i guess photoshop would be the best way for creating any graphics material such as banner for your site. well if you don't have cs in your pc, you can get online photoshop maker and they have also instruction and suggestion to do so... also try your banner be more attractive by placing a flash file in your banner this one looks great and attractable. thanks.

My vote is absolutely for adobe photoshop.. All you need is there but the only single thing doesnt provided by Photoshop is Creativity and Idea which is the hardest part to think in order to create the best banner design

Really good and that is what I use.

If you wish to make unique/best BANNER, so you make any version of install Adobe photo shop, but best is CS3. or you may also make banners by the help of Adobe illustrator. You make on Flash.I tell you one think that if you know how the make LOGO, so It's same as you make LOGO.
NOTE:-When will you prepare the banner, It's important to select best size of banners.

I hate to be a wet blanket, but everything else is junk compared to Photoshop. If you don't have the patience to learn how to make a simple banner in Photoshop (especially after you've bought it) - then maybe you should consider just paying someone to make the banners for you.

I'm new to the forums, my name is Kira and I love to stay up to date with new technologies! I've been using the ImageChef Facebook Timeline Profile Cover Tool to customize my profile lately.
It's pretty cool cause I can use my own images and text and move everything around and apply filter without having photoshop.
They have some pretty cool templates but I've mostly been making my own.

Photoshop is almost never out of the equation so it should be a good choice. It's freeware equivalent is GIMP, which is similar and different at the same time. These are but the installable software and don't include the different tools you can search for in the internet.

Learn to use photoshop a bit. If you use a banner creator tool your going to be wasting your time. I would never, EVER, EVER, let a banner premade from a website represent my site, company, or brand, or Micro Niche site for that matter.

There are several designing tools and software’s presented on the web. But the most preferable and standard design software or tools are Adobe Photoshop, Flash and Coral Draw. You do have to put up with their text advert on the bottom of the banner (unless you pay), but I found this site very easy to use and have created all my banners with it.

Yeah mang, photoshop, typically spelled Photoshop, is the best.
xHeader is pretty good to. Gimp is OK if you swing that way, but Photoshop cs4-6 is FTW.

According to me the best banner creator tools are- Photoshop , GIMP and Bannersnack but if you find problems with these tolls then you can also opt for other tools like- My banner maker , Bannernow , Banner designer pro , EximiousSoft Banner Maker e.t.c.

Use Pixlr . com - An online photo manipulator. It is very easy to use and have some features similar to Photoshop. If you have have time and skills then go for Illustrator or Photoshop and if you are a totally beginner then using pixlr will help you to create banner in a quick time without any expertise.
