WP Blog - Static Small Squeeze Page before posts???
I have a blog that I wish to put a squeeze up the top but so they see the small squeeze before they go and read my post (which I want underneath) I dont want to use different pages.
I just have one page, so I want it to be like this :-

Static small Squeeze page section here

All other posts (including new ones here)

I just want it to stick every time someone goes to the home or anther individual link. I want this smaller squeeze page to show up all the time.
Do i have to change a template or something.????
Please help I am pulling my hair out over this one?
