Realtor Wordpress Theme

Hi All,

I am looking to set up a local Realtor with a wordpress website. Due to budget constraints we chose to take the Off-The-Shelf approach and purchase a pre-existing template, which I would customize for him slightly (if permitted by the template developer of course...).

Anyway, I looked around a little bit and came across several nice ones. I am going to look around the web some more over the weekend. As of now, I am most likely going to go with Smooth Real Estate Theme.

I was just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this niche and could perhaps recommend a good template that is easy to work with and customize, and has a flawless back-end.

    Check them out.

    Edit: did a check on Smooth theme and it looks pretty neat!!
