Wordpress Designer Wanted

I am looking for a designer who can touchup my Wordpress site for me. The majority of the work has been done, but I need a few more cosmetic things done.
You can view my website here: Key 2 Disney Dining. I'm having some difficulties with my opt-in box, search box, the lining of everything in my sidebar and some other cosmetics.
I'm looking for a quick turnaround. If I email you, multiple days can't go by without you responding. I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing and who is very fluent with Wordpress as well as how to manipulate it.
If you think you can do the job, then please send me a PM. When you send your PM, please send me a sample of your work. You have to actually prove to me you know what you're doing.
I'm just asking for dedication towards my site. There's not much to do with it, but I need it done right.
