Hi Guys,

Can anyone decifer whats happening here.

I have a clients site that was working fine yesterday. Now today it keeps coming up with internal server errors.

Below is what shows on the screen:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxxxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.0.63 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.0.63 OpenSSL/0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 mod_jk/1.2.25 mod_bwlimited/1.4 mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 Sun-ONE-ASP/4.0.3 Server at samatayoga.com Port 80

Now and again it will show a page or so.
When checking the error logs in cpanel most of the lines say the same thing:

[Wed Jun 09 10:19:34 2010] [error] [client 140.1xx.2.xx] (12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/index.php

(replace some figures with "x" )

Would anyone know if this is the site itself or a hosting company issue.

As I did a backup of the site and am running on my server and all appears fine?

Appreciate any answers
