Blue question mark in WP header

This issue has been resolved.

Firefox shows no problem. Safari shows a blue question mark at the top left in the header. Internet Explorers shows a red X.

I looked at this page to see if I could fix it myself but I had no success.

      I hope I didn't miss your help but if you look at it in Internet Explorer then you won't see a header at all. I'm not sure exactly what I did wrong.
