    It's the TrainerCheats New theme. Looks like they either did their own or rewrote another theme almost completely.

    Probably the latter, but since they very carefully changed any indicators of the original theme, it's not possible to tell what it started as.

    Its a theme from their own site, not sure about "what" it is, but as Katy said its been completely customized, so its not been given a name as yet.
