Try putting a few blank lines in between the paragraphs.

I don't even know what you're asking in the 2nd question -- can you clarify a bit?

I tried that and i also tried this
There is a sidebar when you are editing your post on the right handside. You can grab it with your mouse and pull it up or down. Well i will pull it down to the bottom to edit my post and it slides all the way to the top by itself?

Also every time i edit my post my title disappears.

Hmm... if you wrap each paragraph in
...
, it should put in line breaks.

Not sure about the sidebar. I'm not familiar with it.

    Agree with nmarley, use
and
for line breaks, but make sure you are in html editing mode. I can't help with the sidebar issue either, sorry.

Did you copy and paste from Word, perhaps?

WP has issues with the formating from Word. I don't know if you did this, but it could be why you aren't showing paragraph breaks properly. Do your writing in Notepad, then copy and paste it to WP.

As for the other issue--not a clue.

Could you elaborate a bit more?
