Are there good background image generators out there?

WEB DESIGN

I want to learn how to design background images for a new site. I have the code
to add it to my site and how to make it fixed.

I paid someone here to design one for me and he did an awesome job. Are there
courses are software generators where I can learn it myself this time?

There are a lot of good free ones here you can use:

Background images - free to use background images ideal for your website or media projects

But if you really want to design your own then you do need to master Photoshop.

I like this one for stripes:
