Help with opt-in site

I have a feeling this question might have a long answer so if anyone can point me in the right direction I will be grateful.

I am offering a video as a free gift incentive, however I would like to put a facebook like button and comments under the video. How could I make it so people on facebook which follow those links will get the opt-in page rather than going to the video directly.

    In order for FB visitors to go to your opt-in instead of video, you will have to insert your Social Markting Bookmarks in the opt-in page, not in the free video.
