I need a killer Opt-in solution

hey all,

I'm looking for a really awesome, high quality optin software or plugin. Good performance (doesn't slow down browser), lightbox option (dims background), etc..

I really like the one at affiliatedotcom.com for reference (checked the site's source, but can't figure out what script they're using..)

It can be WP, but doesn't have to be. Free is better, but if decently priced I don't mind shelling.

By the way I tried Opt-in Pop and it doesn't work too well with my website, it crashes my browser so I abandoned that particular one.
