Any idea what wordpress theme this dudes using?

    It's a custom built theme called "ATG"

      Whenever you see a website you like the design of, just go View > Page Source (task bar in Firefox), or right-click, choose 'View Page Source'. If you are using a different browser, it should be very similar to that.
      If the site is using a WP theme, just look for a file called style.css which would be in a link like this: www.domain.com/wp-content/themes/custom/style.css .

      If it's not there, it's not a wordpress based site.

      However, in this case it is WP, so when you click on that link, you will see what theme it's using, and yes, it seems like a custom made one, and they named it ATG which would stand for Apnea Treatment Guide

      So it looks it doesn't actually reveal what theme creation tool they were using.
