Is there a Video MP4 Player For Wordpress ?

I have a Wordpress blog and would like to play videos that are hosted on my server. The solution I was recommended was a yearly Wordpress subscription player called VideoPress.

Is there a better free solution....I just need to pick up the URL of an MP4 file and play it back.

I've always really enjoyed using JW Player - JW Player: Flash Video Player | LongTail Video | Home of the JW Player

If you know anything about XML, it's very easy to customise. There are even a few additional skins on their website available at an extra charge if you're lazy.

There is a free version for "personal" use, or you can pay a pretty low license fee for commercial use. The commercial version also allows you to embed your logo into the videos, which is a nice touch.

if you have little idea about XMl then JW Player: Flash Video Player | LongTail Video | Home of the JW Player will be suitable for your blog and you can easily customized it

from personal experience jwplayer will support swfobject for blogs or embed code

Proplayer would suit your needs. A lot of video posting blogs use it.

I second the Proplayer, also don't forget to install add-from-server plugins, so u'll have ur video hosted on ur own website, this is very usefull when u want to post a "private" video for ur member only / paid subscribe blog.

I want to know whther there is any video upload and flv conversion plugin for wordpress to make your own youtube. I am not talking about grabbing youtube videos.
