Commenters receiving multiple replies when new comments poster
I should start by saying that I am technologically challenged.
A visitor to my Wordpress blog sent me the following message:
'When I originally commented I clicked the "Notify me when new comments are added" checkbox and now each time a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment Can you unsubxcribe me from this service.'
I am using the FlexSqueeze theme and I have been through all the settings and can't find anything that relates to the check box he referred to. Nor can I see the check box myself. I should probably try logging in from another computer to see if actbually clicking the checkbox would give me some clues. I have no idea how to unsubscribe him, or how to stop other people potentially receiving four copies of every comment in their e-mail.
Has anyone got any ideas?
