Need some help understanding which is better, one page sites that you market the heck out of or multiple page sites? I have both and need some feedback because I have had many people tell me both ways.:confused:

    if you plan on using adwords..... multiple pages.... the one page landing page is dead

      I agree that you want multiple page sites, if you are going to use Adwords. With single page sites you'll probably have no luck getting a decent quality score from Google, so you'll have to pay very high prices for your ads to get decent position in searches.

      Google no longer finds single page sites acceptable, because Google feels they don't have much value, particularly if the page is just intended to be a temporary affiliate landing spot that is intended to get customers to another page so you can get your commission.

      Google likes to see multiple page sites, because such sites more likely to contain information of value to a searcher where that information is more than just a doorway to another site.

    It's become obvious as time goes on larger more 'meaty' sites certainly do and are going to rule the day as far as the Big G is concerned.

    Sometimes one page is enough, depends on what you are selling or promoting but if you run any services, have more pages with quality content.
