Multiple Identical Pages

I'm setting up an affiliate site selling automotive parts for a range of years (using WordPress). To keep confusion to a minimum I want to basically want the menu process to go [general car part] -> [vehicle year] -> [specific parts]. The part that is going to be identical every time is going to be the vehicle year pages. Now I've got All In One SEO installed on the site and I have "canonical urls" selected so am I able to create multiple pages that are identical (except the page name, which will be different so I can keep track of them) or is there a better way to go about creating identical pages without being penalized?

    I think I get what you're trying to do, but I'm not quite sure. Are you trying to setup a drop-down menu à la Superfish? Because if that's the case there should either be Theme documentation that will tell you how to set that up. Otherwise, you're on your own cause setting up drop-down menus is a pain.

      No, I'm not a fan of drop down menus. Basically it's going to be set up so visitors click on a part type which will take them to a page to select their vehicle year, and when they select the vehicle year it will take them to a page with the right type of parts for that year. My problem is the vehicle year selection because it's going all of those pages are going to be the same.

        Oh ok, I see what you're saying. Why don't you create a template for the vehicle year selection and put this in the header:

        <meta name="ROBOTS" content="NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW">

        That way the search engines wont index those pages, and all the links on those pages will become no-follow.

          Ah, I didn't even think of doing it that way. Thanks man, I'll go that route
