Wordpress export chewing up my categories...
Hi all,
I'm having some issues with exporting a wordpress blog (in order to move to a friend's server). I export it and then import it back into a test site - and the categories are duplicated by the number of posts there are.
So... suppose I had 8 posts in a category called "roses", i now have 1 post in a cat called roses, 1 post in a cat called roses-1, 1 post in a cat called roses-2 etc
I've got a lot of posts and a lot of categories and this is going to kill me fixing it all manually. I've no idea why it's happening. (And i've exported it twice with the same result.)
Anyone got any ideas?
