Hi,
Does anyone know if this is a WP theme template? what's the name of it? I like it but have not been able to find it anywhere. It looks like this site...

      it is not a WordPress theme, it just a static html site using server side includes, hence the use of .shtml file extensions

        Yeah, if you are going to go with Template Monster - search google for template monster discounts.

        I personally use this one. But there are others too. You typically save 10% or more for the same templates.
