Hello All,

I downloaded a squeezepage template, edited it in my html editor, previewed it on the web and everything looked fine. But after I uploaded the page and the graphics to my web host, none of the graphics/pictures are showing up. I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem? My host is HostGator.

Also, can anyone recommend a source for quality squeezepage templates that does not require photoshop to edit.

Thank you,

pressie

check the url for the images. To do this go to the page and view source and see if the urls are pointing to the image folder for this page.

Sometimes when you use a editor such as DWW or frontpage the images are added with a ...// in front of the path name, these work well on your own machine, but not when updated to the server.

So let's say your images are like this: mysitename/images, look at the HTML code anywhere where there is a image, is the path correct, or is there something in front of it?
You have to have every path correct, then it works.

The path to the images must be wrong. First, make sure the images have alt text so that you know the browser is trying to load the images. Then, in Firefox, right click on the alt text of an image and click on view image. This will try to open the image with the path specified. Look at what the path says in the address bar of the browser and then go to you html file and make the changes that you need to make for the image to show.
