wp-ecommerce plugin - will it work with any theme?

Hi guys,

I've just been checking out the wp-ecommerce plugin, but don't like any of the themes specifically designed for the plugin.
I have a particular theme in mind that would be perfect for the project I'm working on, but would love to know if this plugin can work with any WP theme?

    Wp-commerce should work seamlessly on the majority of the themes so fret not.

    If I remember correctly, I used the Lifestyle theme by Studiopress (maybe 1 year ago), it's a nice them, I really liked the homepage slideshow.. but that specific slideshow plugin (forgot the name) does not like the code for Wp-ecommerce. So this is where the decision comes: keep the slideshow or ecommerce (and vice-versa).

    Anyhow, have fun setting up wpe-commerce!
