How do I reply to support emails?

Hi,

I am in the final stages of completing my language reading course. On the site there is a page for people to "contact us". This basically emails the info that the user submits. I download the email into outlook express (will be updating to Outlook shortly). The email comes in, in the following format:

From: user@theirdomian.com
To: contactus@mydomain.com

The issue is that when I want to reply to the user I cannot sent the email - I am sure this is a pretty basic issue but can anyone tell me how I can send a reply email?

    configure your outlook to use a SMTP server (outgoing mail)

    your ISP or web host should have the URLs and port numbers required. check their website for details.

      Thanks, Yes, got onto my ISP and they use an outgoing port other than 25 and also required the SSL box to be checked - all good now.
