Viral Script For List Building...Help Please!!

Hey,

I have just got my hand on a Viral Script to allow my to ask customers to recommend friends to release a Free Report. I am having an issue uploading my webpage through the Scripts Admin Area/

The Script is Viral List Builder from Scott Murdaugh here on the warrior forum.

I use Dreamweaver to create my websites. I want the customer to initially subsribe to get hold of a Free Report but then recommend 5 people to have access to a Bigger Better Report. Therefore I do not want the script on the index page.

I have the script now on my "Thanks_ For_ Subscribing.php" page but when I upload my page in the CSS and HTML admin (supplied by Scott Murdaugh as part of the Script) area it looks like the CSS is not working. My page layout is all screwed up with no Background Image and no Columns showing.

Any Ideas what I'm doing wrong??

Finally does anyone know if the referral link issued to the customer will direct them to my index page to subscribe or to my "Thanks For Subscribing Page?" Obviously I want them signing up first.
