Web designer profesional needed

Hi,

I am looking for a professional web designer to design me a website on the domain I purchased (www.vacuactiv.com). The domain is currently sitting on the multi profit websites platform as I initially wanted to design the website myself on this platform like I had done with my previous websites.

However I feel I would like a more professional website this time around to match that of my competitors.

So I am looking for a professional web designer who can design me a website similar to this website: Vacu Fit (see English translation top-right of website)

The website I need designing will be around 10 pages with the menu
navigation running horizontally just under the header (graphics to be provided when job is issued)

I have the information for each page in form of word documents that I will forward via email communication when the job is issued. It is merely a case of copy and paste for each page, my main concern is the layout of the website as I want sharp colours/graphics and a professional and modern design.

There will be room for artistic freedom for this design as I am not overly fussy but am ideally looking for a professional colour design so things like fonts, headers etc , the web designer can decide on and I can check via progressional updates.

I have a limited budget but at the same time I want the website to look as professional as possible so price can be negotiated.

My main requirements are:

I will need this project completed by mid-end of January 2011 at the latest.

I will need to be able to access this website to edit content from time-to-time so it will need to be on a user friendly platform. I have some experience of web-design but it is only minimal so clear instructions on how to edit the website will need to be made available.
